* Only absolute mouse positioning is currently supported which is great for applications but for some games that read relative movement.
* Audio is a work in progress, it can be enabled via the checkbox at the top left but it may not work well.

* Works with just about any desktop browser. Although it will load on a mobile browser i.e. iPhone Safari, the input controls are not mobile friendly at this time so you will be unable to login.
* As you are only viewing the screen remotely, all the IPX network traffic is local to the client/server, so your network latency to the environment is not critical, the higher the latency the greater the delay between your inputs registering on the screen, but it will be usable even into the hundreds of ms.

Kevin: Created page with "Moving sys volume from one disk to another, or resizing it (bigger or smaller) without changing segment count. 1. Attach the new disk to the netware server 2. load install.nlm and create the new volume (i.e. SYS2) and mount it 3. run bindfix 3. ncopy /s/e sys:* sys2: 4. run tcopy sys to sys2 5. shutdown the server 6. detach the old disk 7. boot the server, load install.nlm and rename volume from SYS2 to SYS 8. login to the server as administrator and run bin..."

Moving sys volume from one disk to another, or resizing it (bigger or smaller) without changing segment count.

1. Attach the new disk to the netware server
2. load install.nlm and create the new volume (i.e. SYS2) and mount it
3. run bindfix

4. run tcopy sys to sys2

A recreation of the typical network you would have found in many schools during the the 1990's. It primarily consists of a [[Netware|Novell Netware]] server with [[IBM LAN Classroom Administration]] installed.

In addition to the base system, a collection of software and games have been installed, some of which would have been part of the official curriculum, and others that would have been unsanctioned and used in secrecy at lunch (Doom). All software in use is either abandoned, shareware or I have physical copies and I have limited the number of concurrent users to the number of copies I have. For more information about the software licensing and other legal type stuff see [[Legal|Legal Information.]]

The system is powered by a combination of physical era-appropriate equipment (ps/2 servers, token-ring etc) as well as modern virtualization and networking were required.

There are also some additional aspects in the works including an IBM S/390 accessible via the Novell emulation client, and a physical modem bank attached to a PRI to dial out to legacy bbs's still available over phone. Dialing out to telnet BBS's is currently supported.
